Homero Ortiz dreamed of owning his own restaurant his entire life. Seven months ago, his dream came true. The Brothers Italian-American Cuisine eatery, run by Homero and his brother, Omar, at 7 Ronald Dr., East Hanover offers specialty pizzas, homemade soups, burgers and more.
"I love working for myself. I've waited so many years and I want to bring the best to my customers," said Ortiz. Ortiz moved from Columbia at the age of 22 and has lived in Morristown for the past two decades. He got his start in the food industry at Mariana's Pizza Café in Bernardsville as a cook.
