
Casa Colombo is a four-story building in Downtown Jersey City home to a plethora of Italian-American resources, not the least of which is the Italian Educational & Cultural Center (IECC). But what would the IECC be without the historic building that houses it?
They hope to never find out. Like many non-profit organizations, the IECC walks a financial tightrope. However, this has never stopped them from trying to shine a light on Italian-American contributions to society. Their latest fundraiser honors HGTV's "Kitchen Cousins" for one of their latest shows, "Cousins Undercover."
