Joey Avery and David Lisenby plan to open Papa Roc's Italian Grill in the Somerset shopping center in February providing fine food in a casual atmosphere. The partners have more than 30 years of experience in the restaurant field, Avery said.
"We are going for a more polished casual atmosphere, meaning we will have table service but not to the point of making anyone feel uncomfortable," Avery said. "Just a great place to meet and have a great meal and a great drink.
