The chef behind Boulder’s Sforno Trattoria Romana and Bacco Trattoria & Mozzarella Bar opened his latest Italian concept earlier this month in southwest Longmont. Caprese Trattoria replaced the fast-casual Mediterranean favorite Basil Flats at 1067 S. Hover Road.
Fans of Sforno, Bacco, or Monnanni’s Parma Trattoria & Mozzarella Bar in Louisville will likely find much to enjoy at Caprese Trattoria. The traditional Italian menu features Monnanni’s signature house-made mozzarellas, as well as a variety of traditional Italian antipasti and pasta. Many of which are available for discounted prices during the daily happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m.
