As posted, Italian prog-rock group Claudio Simonetti’s Goblin will be performing the live score to Dario Argento‘s 1975 horror flick ‘Deep Red’ aka ‘Profondo Rosso’ in full, accompanied by a screening of said film at NYC’s Playstation Theater on September 20 [TIX]. As hinted in the initial announcement, the Manhattan show is part of a full-blown run that has been officially revealed for the fall.
Simonetti comments: After the great success of our 2018 US tour it is a great pleasure for me to announce our next tour in the United States and Canada with my band Claudio Simonetti’s Goblin, where we will present the Dario Argento’s film “Deep Red/Profondo Rosso” for the first time in US, with the soundtrack played live during the screening of the film.
