The Columbian Club of Chicago will host a Sunday brunch at 10 a.m. on June 4 at Miseracordia Home Chicago. The event will feature a performance by Miseracordia’s own group, The Heartbreakers, and raise funds to benefit the home’s more than 600 residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Proceeds from a split-the-pot will be donated directly to Miseracordia’s Family Market, which purchases items for families in need. The grand prize is a flat-screen TV. The requested donation is $50 for adults and $25 for children under the age of 14. For details, call Carmen Forte at 708-774-4812 or John Ferrentino at 708-334-7400.
