Sebastian Maniscalco is exasperated, with everything. "Taking a photo of yourself? What are you doing?What...are...you...doing?"  "I was brought up with a certain set of rules on how to behave. And you look around today, everybody's got their own set of rules. Like, the basic courtesy in life I don't think is there anymore and I think I point those things out in my act."
