The Livermore Valley will again have a space that offers food, drink and bocce as the owners of Sauced BBQ and Plucked Chicken have announced plans to open Da Boccery, a new entertainment and restaurant venue at the former site of Campo di Bocce, which closed earlier this year.
The announcement of the new establishment started circulating on social media on April Fools' Day, causing some to question its veracity in their comments. Kristina Wulff, director of brand development for Sauced and Plucked, said the timing was strategic to create more buzz and public interest in the new business slated to open this summer at 175 E. Vineyard Ave.
