In 2004, as a senior at Sun Valley High in Aston, Pa., Chris Pierdomenico made “Christian,” a 70-minute semi-autobiographical movie. “It was bad,” he said of his senior project. “I didn’t have a grasp of effective cinematic storytelling.” He told himself: “Someday, I want to make the definitive version.” Two decades later, he did.
After overseeing and managing “one to three film productions every year, from concept to completion, in areas of writing, directing, producing, cinematography, editing, sound mixing, lighting, costuming, production design, acting, casting and talent management,” he returned to those characters and that era with “Delco: The Movie,” a 90-minute coming-of-age dramedy. It premiered in early 2025, with updates on where people can see it promised on delcothemovie.company.site.
