With Miami-Dade County shutting down indoor dining for the foreseeable future, Downtown Miami’s Mignonette (210 NE 18th Street) has transformed temporarily into Red Sauce, an Italian-American style comfort food pop-up available for takeout and delivery.
Mignonette’s co-owner Danny Serfer says Red Sauce was an idea him and co-owner Ryan Roman had been “kicking around for the last five years but it never materialized.” The menu is filled with hearty Italian classics made with plenty of red sauce like French bread pepperoni pizza;
