At the ongoing three-day St. Mary of Mount Carmel/Blessed Sacrament Italian Festival, it's all about the pizza fritta — or at least, partly.
On Saturday, for example, festival-goer Mike Tartaglia and his step-son were waiting for a taste of the deep-fried pizza in an already almost 40-person-long line.
"It's all homemade — I love it," he said. "You can tell the difference. That's why the line's out to the street every day."
