Chicago has a celebrated culinary scene. While not every person can harness the talent of the city's acclaimed chefs, even the budding culinarian can master a variety of cooking techniques and flavors. Fortunate to have Eatly located in Chicago, food lovers and aspiring chefs can glean inspiration from this Italian mecca. To celebrate both Italian cuisine's past and future, Eatly Chicago will host Identita Golose master classes and wine tasting this October.
On October 6 and 7, Eatly will present several Identita Golose events. The events over the two day period will feature interactive chef demos, wine tastings, wine pairing and an overall celebration of Italian cuisine.
