The President of Emilia Romagna and a delegation from ANBI, the National Association for Land Reclamation and Irrigation - which coordinates all land reclamation consortia in Italy - have presented a new water management and flood prevention plan.
This initiative goes beyond listing new infrastructure projects; it also introduces new regulations and fosters stronger collaboration between the regional government, reclamation consortia, and farmers to better manage emergencies.
