For Bellaire residents and Enoteca Rossa co-owners Michael May and Barry Gomel, rejuvenating the Bellaire staple is a venture into authentic Italian food and a community togetherness.

May and Gomel opened Rossa nine months ago after purchasing the restaurant from its previous owner. Since then, they've hired chef Roberto Crescini, from Northern Italy, and listened to customers' input - on everything from the dishes on the menu to the valet outside.
