I love living in Florida. But like many who relocated from New York or New Jersey, there is one thing I miss dearly. It's not the fall weather, or the access to arts and culture.
It's the food.
I miss the restaurants, especially the authentic, family-owned Italian ones. I miss the feeling that you've stepped inside someone's grandmother's kitchen, where you might overhear family members yelling at each other in Italian, but you also can feel the warmth of the pizza ovens and the warmth of the family behind the counter.
