As FENDI celebrates its 100th anniversary this year, the storied Roman house stands as a testament to what happens when heritage, innovation and family converge. What began as a small leather and fur workshop founded by Adele Casagrande Fendi and her husband, Edoardo, in 1925 has since grown into one of the most influential and storied maisons in fashion history.
Through five generations—each adding its own flourish of creativity and conviction—the legacy of FENDI remains not just intact but brilliantly reawakened. Adele Fendi, as industrious as the squirrel that would become the brand’s first logo, laid the groundwork for FENDI’s enduring ethos: exacting craftsmanship, Roman glamour and fearless experimentation.
