1. How did Amore Clothing get its start? Amore Clothing was founded in 1967 by my father, Angelo "Joe" Amore, a master tailor from arrived in New York from Siderno in Calabria, Italy. Passionate about his chosen profession, he wanted to bring that attention to detail and artistry to a new clientele here in the Capital District.
