Get ready, Food Network fans. Valerie Bertinelli has been busy cooking up something special, and it will be in your hands soon enough. Less than a week after the culinary star announced the end of her cooking show Valerie's Home Cooking, she gave a sneak peek at her next big career venture.

In a video uploaded to Instagram, she revealed that she's been working on her third cookbook set to publish sometime next year. What's more, the 63 year old shared her experience of submitting the first draft of her upcoming work with her followers.
