Peace Streets, the instrumental jazz album by Joe DeRose and Amici has been included in the 57th Grammy Award nominations entry list. Mr. DeRose, a San Jose native of Italian American descent, started playing drums when he was five and eventually went to the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston. Since graduation he has played in multiple high-end jazz ensembles and most recently leads the Jazz-Fusion group, called Joe DeRose and Amici, which debuted in 2010 with the album "Sounds for the Soul".
