A special birthday celebration for one of the greatest Italian opera composers with the presentation of the Rossini Opera Festival which is held every summer in Rossini's hometown, Pesaro, located in the central region of Marche region. LA based soprano Elisabetta Russo who studied with ROF Artistic Director, Maestro Alberto Zedda at the Accademia Rossiniana in Pesaro, will perform some of Rossini's most well known arias. Introduction by Maestro Carlo Ponti, Los Angeles Virtuosi Orchestra.
