Tony DiSilvestro didn’t set out to turn a good portion of his family’s restaurant business into a charity. It just sort of worked out that way.

At the beginnings of the coronavirus crisis in March, the founder of the local Ynot Italian chain decided to go across the street from his Great Neck location in Virginia Beach to the Church of the Holy Family — just to see if they needed anything, maybe a few pizzas.
