Italian-American storefront Uncle Paulie’s Deli has secured a new space in Downtown. The Spring Street address comes with a full kitchen hood too, which means customers can expect even more from the celeb-favorite spot, beyond the usual deli sandwiches and sides.
The original Uncle Paulie’s opened back in 2017 as a smallish space on Beverly Boulevard with just a few tables out front. Thanks to owner Paul James and co-founder/partner/longtime New York City friend and designer Jon Buscemi (and, even more crucially, some sought-after merchandise) Uncle Paulie’s quickly gained a following with a very plugged-in West Hollywood set.
