Anthony DiBlasi knows he's a bit of an anomaly. He occupies one of the top positions in Seattle's banking industry, and he doesn't have a college degree. DiBlasi's been the president of Bank of America's Seattle and Washington State markets since 2013. He got to that point in his career because, early on, his life took some unexpected turns.
DiBlasi is a first generation Italian-American. His father dropped out of school in seventh grade, his mom finished high school but didn't take her education any further.
