
The Italian American Association has announced plans for its Columbus Day Banquet. Herman Castellani, president of the Italian American Association, announced the honorees of the 38th annual Columbus Day Banquet at Genetti Hotel and Convention Center, Wilkes-Barre, on Sunday, Oct. 11.
Those honored will be Anthony D. Bruno II, M.D., Person of the Year, and Peter J. Adonizio, funeral director, Lifetime Achievement Award. Principal speaker for this event is U.S. Magistrate Judge Joseph Saporito Jr. Toastmaster will be UNICO president, attorney John Terrana.
