The Italian American Civic Association is pleased to announce the launch of a Capital Campaign to renovate and enhance the Club’s long-standing headquarters on Bellew Avenue in the City of Watertown. The goal of the campaign is to raise $350,000. These funds will allow the club to make significant improvements to the building and, provide a firm financial footing for the club as it celebrates its 80th Anniversary.
Since 1947, when the current headquarters was established, there have been few renovations or improvements to the IACA building. The funds raised will allow the Club to bring the building up to 21 st century standards, enhance the infrastructure, and create an event center that will host wedding receptions, parties and other civic and community events. The improvements will also include the creation of a new downstairs “clubhouse” for current and future IACA members.
