A procession to celebrate Italian heritage and culture will begin Oct. 10 in Berkeley. Cars will move through Berkeley, Toms River and Brick before making it to the Seaside Heights boardwalk for the Columbus Day weekend event.
Individual Italian American clubs are invited to participate in the procession but must register in advance. Participants should arrive at the Berkeley Township Municipal Complex by 9 a.m. Entertainment at the Franklin Avenue Stage of the Seaside Heights boardwalk will start at 11 a.m. and continue after the noon ceremony.
