
Before they start cooking every morning, Rudy Kiapeta, his wife, Miriam, and their staff at The Tuscan Pig Catering Co. gather together to pray.
"We pray over our day, we pray that we embrace His grace, and that we make people smile with our food," Rudy Kiapeta said this week while fielding phone orders with a smile and greeting customers like friends with a warm embrace.
