The Uptown/Galleria Houston area will have another dining option when a craving for pasta strikes.
An Italian restaurant called North will open its second Texas location as the newest tenant in the second phase of the mixed-use development Blvd Place.
Mike Wheeler and Jack Breard of Dallas-based United Commercial Realty represented North and Elise Weatherall of Wulfe & Co. represented Blvd Place.
Phase II of Houston-based Wulfe & Co.'s complex, at San Felipe and Post Oak Boulevard, is scheduled to open in June 2014 and will contain 215,000 square feet of retail, anchored by a 52,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market and the 55,000-square-foot regional headquarters for Frost Bank.
