The San Trifone Feast is a unique, big treasure trove of entertainment: religion, music, illuminations and the largest fireworks festival day and evening of the world. It annually attracts thousands of visitors, pilgrims, believers and curious. A full program of events for ten days, with the highlight in the last three: the procession of the painting of the Holy and the exposure of it in the central square of the village; the solemn mass; the lights and the huge fireworks both day and night, in the unreal silence that is created from their sight, for three nights in a row.

On November 10, each year, the cannon shoots at 4:00 in the morning, drawing the pilgrims to the first solemn Mass at 4:30 in the parish of St. Nicholas of Bari. Then a series of band concerts and gestures and special and exciting moments, including a Solemn Procession.

In the afternoon, there is the fireworks competition during the day, with a duration of about three hours.

Throughout the festival guests will be enjoying the performances of the illuminations and fireworks and also tasting the good products of Puglia: wine and roast lamb cooked on barbecues, accompanied by bread, celery and olives.

Mysticism, devotion, architecture with high lights, meetings, fragrances and flavors and colors of Puglia are intertwined since 1783, when the Holy performed a miracle in the small town. Since then, San Trifone is more and more loved and followed, and honored with this great feast, which is eagerly waited and prepared for a whole year, loved by the indigenous people and not only.
