On Saturday, July 8 at 5 pm, Italy will make its sixth campaign to capture the silver trophy against USA, with its most formidable team to date in the NBC10 Newport International Polo Series, Presented by BMW. Playing for Italy will be captain Marco Elser, and Roman teammates Massimo Elser, Peter Elser, Lanfranco di Campello and Marcos Antinori, fresh from a victorious tournament in Italy last week.

“This team is hungry for something more than pasta,” explained Dan Keating, USA team captain and founder of the Polo Series. The polo match will have a duration of approximately 2 hours, during which a weekly door prize drawing from Veuve Clicquot Champagne and the Best Tailgate prize from Stella Artois will be awarded.
