Fabelli Group, an Italian furniture manufacturer and importer, recently expanded its operations with the acquisition of a warehouse – and new HQ – in Sunrise, Florida. The acquisition will allow the Italian furniture maker to enter a market that it says is dominated by Chinese imports.
Fabelli will use the warehouse as a distribution point for shipping products to U.S. furniture dealers, particularly on the East Coast, across Florida and in parts of Texas. Prior to acquiring the 13,000 sq. ft. facility, the European-made case goods and leather beds manufacturer sold only direct containers to furniture dealers.
