Si chiama EXOMARS la missione su Marte dell'Esa – l'ente spaziale europeo – che inizierà lunedì prossimo, 14 marzo.
È italiana la leadership principale delle due "fasi" che compongono la missione: nella prima (lancio previsto appunto il 14 marzo) una sonda (TGO) resterà nell'orbita di Marte mentre un modulo (EDM, denominato Schiaparelli) contenente la stazione meteo Dreams e altri strumenti, atterrerà su Marte.
