Ted Fiorito Jr. is one of the oldest members of the Fancher-Hulberton-Murray Fire Company, and one of the most supportive. Fiorito, 78, has been a member of the fire company for nearly 58 years, having joined after he married the love of his life, Frances Manno of Albion, in October 1957.
"Joining the fire company was just something I thought I should do," he said. Fiorito is as proud of his heritage as he is of his service to the fire company. His grandparents both came from Italy – the Passarells from Alfedena and the Fioritos from Compobasso. Both were stone quarrymen.
