Charcuterie, mufuletta, confit and prosciutto don't exactly trip off the tongue, but Gary Romano is hoping they'll fly out the door of Marisa's Italian Deli.
Romano, 42, a Chicago native who's proud of his Italian heritage, hopes to open this café on Monday, Jan. 13 at 5255 Canyon Crest Drive.
