Good news for the alumni of Milan-based Bocconi University, one of Italy's most important universities in the fields of economics, management and social sciences. The San Francisco Chapter is starting anew under the leadership of Pietro Bonanno (in the pic above).

Pietro reflects the essence of the new Italian American community of Northern California. Born in Sicily of American and Italian heritage, he emigrated to the US and spent his formative years in the Bay Area. Now, as an alumnus of the Bocconi MBA program, he has been given the reins of the San Francisco alumni chapter.
