This is your friendly reminder that the new incarnation of Michael Mina's Test Kitchen, Little Italy, debuts this Saturday night (October 31).As Inside Scoop reported last month, the Italian American-themed menu will be a tribute to the rustic Italian immigrant cooking of chef Adam Sobel's grandmother and the Sunday family suppers he experienced growing up as a child on Long Island.
As with previous Test Kitchen incarnation, Middle'terranea, the menu is a pre-fixe format with dishes served family style. Tickets are $49/person and Little Italy is set to run through the end of the year. While it looks like seats for the Halloween night opening are already fully booked on Resy, there are a handful of available spots starting next week on Wednesday, November 4.
