A longtime Watertown attorney is announcing his candidacy for Watertown City Court judge. Anthony Neddo announced his candidacy at the Italian-American Civic Association in Watertown Tuesday morning.
He will face current Judge Catherine Palermo, who announced last year she's seeking election to the post, to which she was appointed full time in 2013. Neddo last ran in an unsuccessful bid as a Democrat for Jefferson County district attorney in 2015 against Kristyna Mills, a Republican.
