When Enrico's Italian Dining closed in 2012, some were skeptical about the Frankfort staple reopening in a new location. Fast-forward approximately four years to the Vineyards of Frankfort shopping center a half mile north of Enrico's original location. That is where the current restaurant is located.
"We were very anxious to get back into business. There were a lot of people that said we weren't going to do that when that was not the case at all. We were just struggling to find the right situation," said Harry D'Ercole, who co-owns Enrico's with his brother, Bob, a fellow Frankfort resident.
