There’s a new spot for pizza and more in West Columbia. Cucinella’s Pizzeria and Italian Ice recently opened at 2250 Sunset Blvd. suite M in West Columbia. That’s in a shopping center that includes a Food Lion grocery store, among other offerings.

The location is just east of Interstate 26, not far from the Lexington Medical Center. It’s along a busy thoroughfare, as state Department of Transportation data indicate about 26,200 cars per day travel down that stretch of Sunset.
