A 20-year-old Italian eatery is expanding beyond its Montrose location to a new development project in the Oak Forest/Garden Oaks area. Camerata in the Oaks will be a sister concept to Camerata at Paulie’s, according to a press release.
Paul Petronella, who also owns Paulie’s and is a partial owner of Okra Charity Saloon, is partnering with Chris Poldoian, Camerata’s wine director and general manager, to bring the 1,500-square-foot retail wine shop to life at Stomping Grounds, a new mixed-used development at 1225 W. 34th St. near Alba Road.
