Dedicated restaurateur Arturo Huerta serves genuine, New York-style Italian cuisine at Papa Amadeaus in Spring. From a rich background that includes training with notable chefs and sommeliers, Huerta provides a selection of fine foods at affordable prices in a neighborhood environment. "For the past 18 years, I have been involved in all facets of restaurants, building my skills and experience to open my own restaurant," Huerta said.
He has learned from staff of Houston-area establishments like Tony's, Mark's American Cuisine, Hotel Icon and Reef and paired that knowledge with the talents of Chef Maksym Oliynyk, who is originally from the Ukraine and has worked in restaurants in New York. Oliynyk relocated to The Woodlands three years ago and has known Huerta for about two years from having worked together at Amerigo's.
