Nonna’s secret Sunday night sauce is now available to enjoy every day of the week. Pastadoro is a new casual Italian eatery providing authentic Italian cuisine that is also fast and affordable. The spot is within the College of New Jersey’s Campus Town, a walkable main street near the university in Ewing.
Pastadoro promises something unique and, in particular, says “We have a different concept for Italian food”. That’s according to Anthony Adragna, the head chef and managing partner. His years of experience come from serving as a restaurateur throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
