In its annual donation of candy bags and warm weather accessories to St. Leo's two homeless dinners, Promotion Center for Little Italy bumped it up a notch this year to include a hat, pair of gloves and a scarf to EACH guest at the December 15th homeless dinner held at St. Leo's Church.
Team members of FAIRFIELD INN in Little Italy, plus two volunteers from Promotion Center for Little Italy, including local sports celebrity Ken Singleton, assembled 300+ gift bags for men and women, as well as 48 children's gift bags which contained a stuffed animal, hat and gloves. The items donated were purchased from Dollar Tree and valued at over $1,200.
For those of you who have stepped forth with donations to help offset this cost - MILLE GRAZIE! Almost $400 was collected! Every little bit helps ... if you would like to make a donation toward the $1,200 purchase, please click the donate button below. Promotion Center is a 501c3 nonprofit. DONATE
