Protection of Italian restaurants abroad: here’s the law

Italian sounding is not something to be ascribed exclusively to industry, but even to the horeca, i.e. with food retailers such as Vapiano, bankrupted some months ago. For this reason, various projects have been launched in recent months such as the “digital identity card” for Italian restaurants abroad, as well as an app to help identify them

And now the MISE has come into play, with a brand new law, for the protection and enhancement of Italian restaurants all around the world. The law elaborated by the MISE, inserted in the budget law 2021 includes the allocation of 3 million euros, from 2021 to 2023 and is divided into 13 points...
