When Mark Andrews father, Warren Andrews, passed away, his son was looking for a way to help honor his father's legacy. Warren was the creator the Ashtabula Touchdown Club which honors past and present high school football players and awards scholarships to the best players in the county.
Looking to help fund those scholarships, Andrews began the Warren Andrews Bocce Tournament, which will be held for the ninth time this year on Aug. 1. "We started it after my father's death to help raise money for the scholarship," he said. "The bocce tournament format has been very successful.
