Rome, Italy is the most popular travel destination for American travelers, according to a recently released report from AAA. The survey outlines that one out of four Americans are arranging international trips "over the next 18 months." The data, which is "based on AAA Travel bookings," revealed the top 10 international cities in which Americans are planning trips for.

Cancun, Mexico was second on the list right behind Rome. London was third on AAA's rankings, followed by, Dublin, Paris, Montego Bay, Punta Cana, Vancouver (British Columbia), Munich and Barcelona.
