“I don’t have levels of food,” says Joe Scarpinato, “No matter what, it’s all the same quality.” Scarpinato was referring to the food that is served in both the restaurant and catering sides of his newly relocated Scarpinato’s Cucina & Catering, as well as the food for take-out orders and off-premise catering.
The restaurant owner recently moved his business from its former home on Greentree Road in Turnersville to the space that last held The Renaissance Room on Fries Mill Road. During the ribbon cutting ceremony on Sept. 14, Scarpinato received a proclamation from Mayor Joanne Gattinelli and Gloucester County Freeholder Jim Jefferson for feeding South Jersey for four decades.
