The Scotch Plains Italian-American Club won some rewards after being honored as the 2016 Organization of the Year at this year's Mayor's Gala.
At the monthly meeting of the club, Ralph Checchio, chairman of the Scotch Plains/ Fanwood Memorial Day Parade Committee, presented a check to Joe Bruno in the amount of $750 for taking 1st place in the Float Contest.
