During this market-wide event, you’ll have the chance to meet and greet local farmers and producers and explore some of our favorite spring ingredients from California and Italy. Discover delicious and interesting pairings, such extra virgin olive oil drizzled over Greek White Moustache yogurt and a spoonful of Calabro ricotta cheese paired with prosciutto cotto Gran Biscotto Rovagnati. Enjoy live demonstrations by chefs and storytellers, and of course endless complimentary tastes.
