The annual St. Ann Carnival and Italian Festival began Tuesday and will run through Saturday in Bristol Borough.
The traditional end-of-summer event will run from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. behind the St. Ann building at Pond and Dorrance streets. In addition to rides, auctions, and activities for all ages, the festival will include lots of Italian food and baked goods, said Mary Antonelli, one of the event’s organizers. “It’s just a wonderful event and a family affair,” Antonelli said. “It’s right before school starts and the kids can come out. The food is fantastic.”
